Challenge is an initiative for Africa. An initiative born of the observation of significant shortcomings in the different ecosystems that impact its growth as well as its future. Challenge works with other existing initiatives, in order to fix these shortcomings, and better our future.
The first of these ecosystems deals with the management aspects within the different organizations, as well the information technology in both the private and the public sectors.

In our experience, we have seen how employers and employees alike are satisfied with the minimum they can get from great, publicly available productivity softwares, with which they most often produce abstract data that usually leads to unclear or even mediocre interpretations. Furthermore, they have not mastered the softwares they work with, for which they are, more often than not, data inputters.
Microsoft Office, more notably Excel and Powerpoint, integrates more and more professional tools that are more than enough to produce quality work.

Change Africa: curbing hemorrhages, promoting ethics and good governance
The second ecosystem, much larger in the sense that it calls for the Management of our humanity, aims to help Africa rid herself from flaws that are keeping her down, and therefore, promote in all processes good governance, ethics and fundamental values that have made it possible for other peoples to develop themselves. For that, we believe that the assistance, the council, the awareness, the education of the masses but also of the elites towards a positive state of mind at all times, is the way to go.
Without convergence towards this state of mind, we will not be able to develop any project that is sustainable. We must rehabilitate this precious notion before the riches of our soils, our young population and our acquired skills. Sharing and exchanges with other civilizations will then be more equitable.
