Management is a component that we practice daily with one or more methods in hand. It therefore integrates the need to be able to embrace a global or specific problem, to "brainstorm" and purge concrete and feasible solutions, to dispatcher tasks if necessary and to determine an execution timing. It also includes knowing how to determine key performance indicators commonly called KPIs, how to model dashboards and know how to follow them with relevance and, last but not least, to know how to interpret them to maintain growth.

In this category, there are many proven methods, constantly evolving: some die, others adapt, new ones are born. Each of them with its advantages and disadvantages to solve simple or complex problems. This is because, on the one hand, there is no perfect method or truth in the field, and on the other hand because environments change, and contexts, issues and needs with them.


Our approach promotes the synergy of two areas of expertise: 

  • The feasibility of mixed methods when problems require it for more efficiency: this allows to combine the strengths of each other while limiting their weaknesses; 

 

  • The emotional intelligence for which it is about - in two words - to make the best use of our emotions and our intuition in the way we work to achieve the objectives. Because we are not programmed machines but humans, this aspect is very important to us.
