Greetings! It is with pleasure that I welcome you to our site and, as a starting point, thank you for your visit. Challenge - which I have the honor to have founded - is a firm in Management for Africa and for organizations that associates IT Consulting.

Graduated in Management, I have sharpened my skills by working for multinational leaders prior to leading Challenge on its baptismal font.  On one hand, my ambition is to support organizations, and companies in the public and private sector, magnifying the synergy that can be created by infusing my skills at the heart of any system. On the other hand, I want to participate in the management of Africa.

 

With regard to the last point, we need to "reboot" our consciousness again, by utilizing professional advice and assistance to the elites, promoting ethics within good governance, educating and guiding the public towards a positive mindset, at all time, for a better Africa that aspires for her development.  We also need to fight against the vectors of underdevelopment which are, among others, the wait-and-see attitude, and corruption in all its forms. We need to promote the resignation of certain elites, and peace wherever war is. We need to do all this above all political project, with realism, without utopia.

In terms of relevance in reaching organizational goals, my experience has shown me that, many times, managers have a blurred understanding of their own duties or area of ​​responsibility, hence cannot make appropriate decisions, whether preventive or corrective, which would enable them to reach their goals and obtain the meaningful results that should logically follow. This happens because the data generated is abstract and is poorly interpreted by the dedicated staff, due to their lack of training in using a computer, their inadequate use of a software, or just the lack of appropriate computerization in the work setting.
